On the afternoon of March 19, 2025, the University-Enterprise Cooperation Promotion Meeting between Huayi Pharma and Hefei Vocational and Technical College, along with the Opening Ceremony of the Second “Huayi Diligence Class”, was held by the Chao Lake. Attendees included Head of Production and HR director from Huayi Pharma, as well as the Party Branch Secretary and Teaching Research Director etc. of the College of Bioengineering at Hefei Vocational and Technical College. A total of 109 students from various majors in the College of Bioengineering participated in the opening ceremony.
First, Ci Longbao, Party Branch Secretary of the College of Bioengineering at Hefei Vocational and Technical College, stated that the “Huayi Diligence Class” is the result of in-depth collaboration between the university and the enterprise, aiming to cultivate high-quality skilled talents and achieve complementary advantages and mutual benefits. He particularly thanked Huayi for its contributions to the joint talent cultivation with Hefei Vocational and Technical College and expressed hope that the university-enterprise cooperation would reach new heights in the future.
Next, the Head of Production of Huayi Pharma provided a detailed and engaging introduction to the students about Huayi's overview, talent development pathways, supporting policies, as well as the training, learning opportunities, and benefits during internships. He encouraged students admitted to the “Huayi Diligence Class” to take the initiative in learning and personal growth, expressing confidence in their promising career prospects at Huayi. At the same time, he extended gratitude to the school for its strong support!
During the interactive session, students actively raised questions, which were addressed on-site by the HR director and senior students who had stayed on at Huayi. Finally, the company presented exquisite gifts.
The opening of the second “Huayi Diligence Class” marks the achievement of initial results in the joint talent cultivation between the university and the enterprise. The company will continue to diligently implement various talent cultivation policies, and it is believed that the Class will make significant contributions to Huayi's talent reserve.
